Goal accomplished

Well, one at least. Tonight I wanted to push myself on the treadmill so I thought I'd aim for averaging 10 minutes per mile. Was pretty sure I couldn't do 6mph the whole way so did 1/2 mile intervals. 5.5 mph, 6 mph and 6.5 mph. Needed to stop for 2 water breaks but still feel pretty awesome about the workout on the whole.

Tomorrow morning weigh in. Aiming for a pound but feeling uncertain...

Sounds like you are still on track!

I finally set some goals! I got back into a fitness routine. Well, as of this week! Plus, I joined WW on Monday. So, now you will have something to bug me about!!

Wow. How the hell can you WALK at that speed? Good job! Put a little hop in it and you'll be running! :)

Oh wait. You didn't say you were "walking." OK, makes more sense now. haha. I was wondering if it just seemed so fast to me because I have short legs or what! haha.
