I did 5 miles this morning and was wiped for the rest of the day. Stayed on point but ate all my APs. This is the 2nd week I've done 5 miles on Sunday and both days I'm ravenous and exhausted the rest of the day. I truly hope this starts to get less exhausting or what's going to happen when I have to do 10 or 13 miles to get ready for the half marathon.
Of course part of the exhaustion could be due to lack of caffeine. That's right, my first full day without a diet pepsi in a very very long time. No headache which was good but man was I jonesing for one. This part I know gets easier!
