3 month tracker

Last night I sat down with my 3 month tracker to take a look at everything it offers. It's actually a pretty cool tool. Definitely has more than the regular weekly trackers, tracking your weightloss in graph format and boy do I love a graph LOL.

It's still set up in weeks, so I dated everyday for this week and am determined to stay on track with it. I'm hoping at the very least this will show me the difference in my loss between weeks where I tracked and weeks that I didn't.

What is a 3 month tracker? How does it work? Sounds cool though.

I really should get a 3 month tracker...it would make it much easier to look back at my habits and figure out what worked well each week. Here's hoping you have another great loss this week!

Great job on getting the 3 month tracker. I bought it with the promise to myself that I would track for 90 days and see where I am on my weight loss journey. So far I am in the middle of week 2 and still tracking. Just wait and see what you lose after a week of tracking. I went from -.6 without tracking to -2.6 with!!! GO TEAM LYNN!!

Tracking is super important and a great tool - congratulations for making the commitment to track for 3 months!
